What we store, and why.
In short: only what you send in yourself. The website has no analytics tools, no tracking pixels and no advertising code.

What is collected
Three things, and only when you do something
When you send a message
Your name, email address and what you write in the message. This is used to reply to you, and for nothing else. The legal basis is that you are asking to be contacted.
When you register interest in a course
Your name, email address and your answers about format, level, location and when you’re available. This is used to plan courses and to let you know when one is set up.
When you sign up for the newsletter
Your email address, and the time you signed up. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time — every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also simply reply to it.
Who processes it
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs with IP addresses in order to deliver the pages and prevent abuse.
Forms are sent via Formspree, and the newsletter is managed in MailerLite. Both process the information on Christine’s behalf, and she has data processing agreements with them.
If you press play on the music card, a player is loaded from Spotify, and their terms then apply as well. It isn’t loaded until you press play.
Cookies
The website sets none
There are no cookies for analytics or marketing here, and the fonts are loaded from our own server — not from Google.
One setting is stored locally in your browser: the language you chose with the globe in the menu. It never leaves your device, and disappears when you clear your browser data.
How long
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as they are relevant to the conversation, and are normally deleted within two years.
Course interest is deleted when the course has taken place, or when you ask us to.
Your newsletter subscription remains until you unsubscribe. Your address is then deleted from the list.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction and deletion
You have the right to know what is stored about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Send an email to christineekeberg@gmail.com, and we’ll take care of it.
If you believe your information is being handled incorrectly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
